My role as a project manager / producer included the planning, coordination, organization, and creative input of more than 200 projects. These were mainly video productions in the field of animation, but also included illustrations and e-learnings.

My role involved close collaboration with the creative team across all stages of production: from briefing, concept development, style development, storyboarding, illustration, animation, and sound design to the delivery of final files. It also included management tasks such as timings, budget control and invoices.
